Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a somatic psychotherapy approach used in treatment to improve mind-body connection, process trauma, and learn mindful focus.

This is one of my favorite somatic trauma treatments because it has two models:

An activation model and a resource model.

This means that we can work from the places that create the most activation or distress, or from our most grounded places and work up to the distressful spots, memories, thoughts, and emotions.

If you’re interested in learning more about BSP, I offer 15 minute consultation calls where you can learn if BPS is a good match for your needs!

If you already know that Brainspotting is for you, please submit an inquiry.
